Flange Repair Split Sleeve

The PLIDCO® Flange Repair Split Sleeve fully encompasses sets of flanges and seals on the pipe beyond the weld. It covers a wide variety of flange types and classes and can be used in any condition.

Installation is simple. Just put the halves together, torque the studs and nuts and the seal is complete.  Patented steel Girder Rings hold the packing securely in place during installation, assuring a gas tight, liquid tight seal. Flange Repair Split Sleeves can be seal-welded, if specified.  Hinges are available to further simplify installation.

Standard Body Materials:

  • ASTM A106 Gr. C
  • ASTM A216 Gr. WCC
  • ASTM A516 Gr. 70
  • Standard Bolting is ASTM A193 Br. B7 with ASTM A194 Gr. 2H Nuts

Working Pressure: 1000 psig is standard.  Other working pressures available upon request.

Seal Materials: Buna-N Packing is standard.  Viton, Silicone and other packing available upon request.
