Flange Repair Ring
PLIDCO® Flange Repair Rings can be installed by your own personnel to stop leaks in flange gaskets, all while in-service. There is no drilling or altering of flanges. And, on a scheduled turnaround, the fitting can be removed, flanges cleaned, gasket replaced, and the flanges can be put back in service. The PLIDCO® Flange+Repair Ring can be reconditioned and used again.
Flange Repair Rings incorporate steel GirderRings to hold packing in place during installation. Injectable sealant is used to stop leaks without permanent alterations to the flanges.

Standard Body Materials:
- ASTM A516 Gr. 70 Plate
- Standard Bolting is ASTM A193 Br. B7 with ASTM A194 Gr. 2H Nuts
Working Pressure: ANSI 150-600 is standard. Other working pressures available upon request.
Seal Materials: Buna-N Packing is standard. Viton, Silicone and other packing available upon request.
Sealant Materials: Matched to Application conditions.
